  • After your initial franchise fee is paid, the rest of the estimated costs include expenses to fit out your Good Guy Vapes shop with the necessary equipment, signage, display fixtures and initial inventory. Costs include professional advisory fees from 3rd parties, insurance and 3 months of working capital. Please see our Investments section for more detail!

  • The time to open depends on how quickly you find a location. Once you become a Good Guy Vapes owner, you have our full support to get you up and running quickly.  We will help you evaluate real estate options, select the equipment you will need and offer step-by-step guidance to help fit out your Good Guy Vapes. Once you commit to a location and sign your lease, you should be able to open in as short a time as 3 to 6 months. 

  • No worries there! We have a dedicated team of individuals whose goal is to research the best products in the industry. We will provide you with recommendations on new products as well as provide training on its features.

  • No. You can hire a General Manager to run your shop.

  • Yes! We believe that many Good Guy Vapes owners will own more than one unit. Your interest in creating the experience and keeping the right products in stock, helping new customers select their starter kit and find their favorite flavor is where you start. You do have to hire a great team and remain compliant with local laws regardless of whether you own one shop or three.

  • If you are an Owner Operator, you will most likely start as the shop manager and we recommend between 2 and 3 team members for each shift depending on the time of day or day of the week. You can hire full or part-time staff as you grow to meet the demand in your Good Guy Vapes shop.

  • While we can’t answer that question directly, we will be able to share with you our Financial Performance Representation called Item 19 in our Franchise Disclosure Document which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the ROI.
